  276.      Probably removed a bug from the printing routine which caused trouble
  277.      on some printers. After an 'aRIN' command AudioED does 2 (3 with
  278.      picture) graphic dumps in a row with the special flag SPECIAL_NOFORMFEED set.
  279.      After the last dump AudioED sends a explicit form feed to the printer.
  280.      I hope this works now. Bumped version number to make a difference between
  281.      2.86 with bugs and 2.87 with the major bugs fixed. Bug reported by Jörg Krause.
